Refund & Return Policy – Indie Kalakriti

1. Binding Agreement
a. By placing an order through the website, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Return Policy as a legally binding agreement.
2. Eligibility for Returns
a. Returns will be accepted only if the product delivered is materially damaged during transit or an incorrect product has been delivered.
b. The Customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
c. The product must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
d. A clear and continuous video recording of the unboxing process must be submitted as proof of damage.
e. The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package before opening, the opening process, and the condition of the product immediately upon opening.
f. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
a. Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
b. Handcrafted products may contain natural variations in color, weave, dye, or texture which are not considered defects.
c. Accessories including jewelry, bags, purses, and stoles are not eligible for return.
d. Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return.
4. Inspection & Approval
a. All returned products will undergo inspection upon receipt.
b. Refund approval is subject to the sole discretion of Indie Kalakriti.
c. If the inspection fails to validate the claim, the return request may be rejected.
5. Refund Processing
a. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
b. Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
c. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
a. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
b. Only one exchange may be permitted per order.
7. Cancellation
a. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
b. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
8. Limitation of Liability
a. Indie Kalakriti’s liability shall be strictly limited to the purchase value of the product.
