a. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address details during checkout.

b. Indie Kalakriti will not be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the Customer.

a. Claims for damaged shipments must be supported by a complete unboxing video.

b. Claims without valid video evidence will not be considered.
